NR Peaks Guides and Outfitters Contract/Agreement

Terms and Conditions

Client/Hunter or hunters is the person signing this agreement/contract.
NR Peaks Guides and Outfitters is a company, Outfitter, Guide, employee, contractor of this agreement/contract
Hunting or being guided by NR Peaks Guide and Outfitters, or its employees, requires you or your group to sign this contract/agreement. You are legally obliged to abide by the conditions set forth.

Clients/hunter must meet the following requirements and rules to hunt with NR Peaks Guide and Outfitters

Hunter must be 21 years old. (Minors may hunt with a legal adult, parent, or guardian).
Hunter must be in possession of a legal state hunting license prior to hunt.
Hunter must have paid a non-refundable deposit of $500 prior to hunt. Any remaining balance owed must be paid upon arrival prior to hunt.
NR Peaks Guide and Outfitters reserves the right to cancel a hunt prior to start date in which case client's deposit will be refunded.
With the exception of a cancellation by NR Peaks Guide and Outfitters, refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
Hunter must abide by company's policies or instructions at all times. Failure to do so will forfeit hunt and any fees. The company has sole discretion in this matter.
There no guarantee that client will see or kill any game. We are a "Fair Chase", "No High Fence" operation.
A wounded or lost animal is considered as "Taken" animal and client's hunt will be complete. If client wishes to hunt any further game, client will be charged accordingly.
No alcohol or open container allowed in the field, unless any/all firearms are unloaded, cased, and placed in the vehicle while in the field.
Client is financially responsible for any damage to equipment, private property, fire damage, animals, or the release and escape of any farm/domestic animals as a result of failing to close and secure any gates or moveable fence, or any other actions.
Hunter must exercise extreme caution when approaching a wounded or shot animal.
If client take any photographs or videos that depicts the client, they may be used for the purpose of advertising, marketing, or use on the company's website with valuable consideration. Client also agrees that this contract acts as a release of copyright of above described materials depicting client image. Any images remain the sole property of NR Peaks Guide and Outfitters.
Client agrees that NR Peaks Guides and Outfitters will not be responsible or liable for any legal or court costs to defend or prosecute any legal action. Client is liable and responsible for all legal cost as allowed by law.
Client is liable and responsible of any cost due to any of their possible injures that may occur during the duration of hunt.

Fair Chase & Rules of Ethical Hunting Agreement

I, the client/hunter agree to the rules and understand that my hunt WILL be cancelled if any of the following are violated without monetary refund of NR Peaks Guides and Outfitters.

Unsafe use of firearm as determined by NRA and/or NR Peaks Guides and Outfitters.
Unethical, cruel, or unusual treatment of game or any other animal(wild or domestic).
Shooting at or wounding game without immediately informing management.
Actions of any kind that would be considered "NOT FAIR CHASE" while hunting as defined by SCI, Boone & Crockett., Pope & Young or any generally accepted definition of the term "Fair Chase Hunting".
Violation of any STATE GAME LAWS
Violation of any STATE FIREARMS or ARCHERY LAWS
Violation of any NR Peaks Guides and Outfitters policies.
